Party season… Wait what do I wear?

The options are endless; especially with a new season on our heel. Do we choose a flirty little summer dress or perhaps opt for a floor length Maxi dress and a bejeweled sandal? Well before any decisions can be made it will most certainly depend on the specified dress code.

If the invitation asks for cocktail, which is a popular request for the party season, we would most certainly suggest a dress that makes a statement. We suggest you choose something that falls just above the knee and made from a premium fabric such as silk or satin. Look for special detailing in the construction of the dress, a beautiful shoulder detail or slight embellishment across the body of the garment.

The cocktail category definitely calls for something with a point of difference. This needs to be achieved by creating an entire look. Remember to include a shoe that complements your choice of dress and finish with strong costume jewelry, such as a collection of bangles in similar color tones or a statement cocktail ring that simply adds the wow factor to your fashion statement.
