I brought Tanja and the Team from ID Couture on board to Westfield as key advisors for the direction and styling of all events at Westfield Carindale shopping centre. With over 300 retailers and a major focus on fashion, we needed the highest possible level of styling, service and commercial acumen to drive fashion retail sales.

Tanja’s team provided innovative solutions such as “10 minute fashion runways” across multiple stores, a “fashion concierge bar” where styling tips and direction for latest trends were given in centre, “Red Carpet Makeovers”, which drove high levels of retail sales.

Tanja is very approachable, she has a friendly, relaxing manner. So many young people today in fashion-related careers look down on the older generation but Tanja makes me feel young and beautiful. Being a busy Mum, it's easy to forget your sense of style and get lost in the world of Motherhood. Tanja was so helpful and understood exactly what I needed and also kept things practical. She understood that I wouldn't need to be wearing expensive designer outfits to playgroup with a 2 year old, and found affordable clothes that suited my body type and lifestyle. I haven't stopped raving about Tanja to all my friends. I have another Mum booking a wardrobe makeover shortly. This is the best way to shop!! Tanja's professionalism was outstanding and she was not pushy in anyway. It was like spending the afternoon with one of the girls - even though we just met!
I also think it's great that the store salespeople work with her and gave us space to try on clothes in their stores. When I returned to the stores to make the purchases, I was always asked which items I would be taking so there was no pressure to purchase every item - even though I did buy everything!!
